Train With The Trainers is an exciting session where you get to train together with our instructors. These sessions are varied so keep a look out below to see more information about our next session.

We will be training with you and showing you effective exercises to tone, strengthen and burn fat from the lower body!

Where will the session be held?

Paddington Recreation Ground, Randolph Avenue, W9 1PD

(We will meet in front of the Pavilion, which is near the track at 12:10 and the session will be held on the far side of the running track.)

What do I need to bring?

■Bottle of water

■Mat or a towel to lie on
